                         Series representation  of analytic functions,
                         Meromorphic functions and Laurent series.

Grading: Each of two mid-term exams (tentative dates:
          10/8 and 11/19) will give at most 50 points, the final exam
          (12/11, 9:00-12:00 a.m. in Blair 215) will give
          at most 100 points, each one of the five quizzes will give
          at most ten points.

There will be NO MAKE-UP exams or quizzes. Those who have to miss an exam
or a quiz due to a substantiated medical or other officially recognized
reason will be granted a so called "blank" exam or quiz.
There is no "blank" for the final exam.

Grade computation:  A >= 93 % > A- >= 90 % > B+ >= 87 % > B >= 83 % > B-
                    >= 80 % > C+ >= 77 % > C >= 73 % > C- >= 70 % > D+ >=
                    67 % > D >= 63 % > D->=60 %>F.
