Course announcements
The second exam will be Thursday, November 20. You are allowed to have one 8.5 by 11 inch note sheet with whatever you like written on both sides. Such a sheet may have whatever you like written on both sides, but must be hand-written. Also, no magnifying equipment is allowed.
Professor Lewis will be guest lecturing on 10/16. Note that homework 4 has two parts and the first is due next Thursday. The first part of the homework is very important in order to understand Prof. Lewis' lecture.
